= SHIPPING =

DOES MAZUMIS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, MAZUMIS is worldwide brand shipping to all countries. 

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online store.

WHAT OPTIONS OF SHIPPING DOES MAZUMIS OFFER?

We have two types of shipping, first one is for free through local posts and second one is extra charged through international parcel service provider. 

WHEN WILL BE MY ORDER DELIVERED?

It depends on the type of shipping you have chosen. In case you choose first option which is for free we will inform you by email about estimated time of delivery depending on the destination. But you can check out our delivery dates here. In case you choose extra charged delivery we will provide you with tracking number and orders are usually delivered within 5 days. 

 

= PRICE =

IS THE PRICE PRESENTED IN STORE FINAL?

Yes, MAZUMIS does not make any price adjustments and the price presented in the STORE is final. Only in case you choose express shipping there is an extra cost. All prices are presented including TAX.

 

= PRODUCTION =

WHAT KIND OF GARMENT ARE YOU USING?

Each product is made out of custom made garment which is handpicked and tested to provide the best experience. Currently we are working with following garments: classic V neck is made from 95% cotton and 5% polyester. Classic U neck and Deep U and V neck are made from 46% cotton 46% polyester and 8% natural viscose. 

WHICH SIZE IS THE BEST FOR ME?

Depending on the style of t-shirt you choose we recommend to check out our “sizing” page. Each style is different therefore we want to ensure you choose the best size for you. In case you are not sure feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to choose the best size for you. 

WHERE ARE ABIDELESS PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All products are hand-made in the heart of Europe small country Slovakia. Our workshop ensures the highest quality as well as fair labor conditions in accordance with EU law.

 

= PAYMENTS =

WHAT OPTIONS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU PROVIDE?

MAZUMIS offers two types of payment methods. First one is easy, fast, and secured thanks to solution provided by PAYMILL payment gateway provider. MAZUMIS has no access to credit card information and everything is fully secured by PAYMILL. Second option is payment through PayPal. 

 

= CARE =

HOW DO I WASH MY MAZUMIS T-SHIRT?

We recommend hand washing the product with mild soap and hanging to air dry. We do not recommend using the washing machine. 

 

= WARRANTY =

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

ABIDELESS offers warranty of two years by law. This warranty applies to all defected products excluding damage caused by wear, accidents or/and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. 

When filing a warranty claim directly through ABIDELESS website, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.

HOW DO I SUBMIT WARRANTY CLAIM?

We do require detailed photographs of the defect and description of the issue. Please submit your claim through email on mazumis@mazumis.com Once these images have been inspected and a review of the defect description has been completed, we will assist you with further steps. 

Online purchases made directly through the MAZUMIS online store are eligible for a refund if requested.

Here at MAZUMIS all warranty claims are dealt with as promptly as possible. Most claims are completed within 5 business days, however, during peak retail seasons such as Christmas and back to school, warranty claims may take an additional 4 – 5 business days.Thank you for your patience.

 

= EXANGE & RETURNS & CANCELATION =

HOW TO PROCEED IN CASE I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE RECENTLY PURCHASED MAZUMIS PRODUCT? 

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out the contact form below including the order number and we will get back to you shortly.

Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

An order can only be cancelled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. Any order that has been processed and is in transit is not eligible for cancellation. A return/exchange must be requested once the order has arrived.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

MAZUMIS does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.

MAZUMIS product that is purchased online can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Upon receiving your returned MAZUMIS merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the MAZUMIS product within 10 – 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. * Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of MAZUMIS product.*

It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of MAZUMIS product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of MAZUMIS.

All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA (Return Authorization) number that was issued to you clearly printed on the Returns Form.
